1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Every Naiso Power Dock 3S is backed by our direct manufacturer warranty from our workshop.

1. Warranty Term & Coverage

The Naiso Power Dock 3S is backed by an automatic 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of initial delivery. No tedious warranty registration form or product serial card mailing is required; your warranty is automatically linked to your verified order record in our database.

2. What Is Covered

Under this warranty, Naiso guarantees that the product will remain free from defects in materials and operational workmanship under normal indoor desk usage. Specific covered items include:

• Socket Contacts & Busbars: Loosening, loss of spring tension, or contact faults in the 3 × Indian standard 6A socket internal pure copper busbars.
• Frame & Plinth Integrity: Structural failure or finish defects of the powder-coated iron frame or real Canadian pine base.
• Power Cord & Strain Relief: Failure of the 1.8m braided power cable or internal terminal block connections under rated load (max 6A / 500W).

3. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Accidental physical drops, impact cracks, cosmetic scratches, denting, or abrasive chemical cleaning.
• Liquid immersion, water spills, outdoor weather exposure, or extreme humidity.
• Electrical overloads exceeding the maximum 6A / 500W rated capacity, or direct lightning strikes on non-earthed domestic lines.
• Unauthorized modification, opening of the tamper-evident chassis screws, or third-party electrical rewiring.

4. The Studio Repair / Replacement Process

We manage all repairs and replacements directly from our design studio—no outsourced call centers or automated friction:
1. Email us at support@naisohomes.com with your Order ID and a 15-second video demonstrating the issue.
2. Our electrical engineering team will assess the diagnostic data within 24 hours.
3. We dispatch a prepaid courier reverse pickup from your doorstep, service or replace the unit in our workshop, and return a tested unit to you at zero cost.
