1. 100% Free Express Delivery Across India

We provide completely free delivery anywhere in India on all orders of the Naiso Power Dock 3S, with no minimum cart thresholds or hidden handling fees. Whether you are located in a Tier-1 metro or remote pin codes, shipping is always on us.

2. Dispatch Timeline: 5 to 7 Working Days

Every Naiso dock undergoes individual hand-assembly, multi-point electrical load validation, safety earthing checks, and finish inspection in our workshop. Because each dock is prepared with artisanal attention to detail, orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days from order confirmation.

3. Courier Partners & Transit Times

We partner exclusively with Tier-1 logistics networks—principally Bluedart Apex, Delhivery Express, and Shiprocket Prime—to ensure safe, expedited transit:

• Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata: 2 to 4 working days post-dispatch.
• Other State Capitals and Tier-2 Cities: 3 to 5 working days post-dispatch.
• Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, and Remote Regional Towns: 5 to 7 working days post-dispatch.

4. Real-time Tracking & Delivery Notifications

As soon as your shipment is picked up by the courier, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification via Email and SMS containing your live AWB tracking number. You can also view live delivery status anytime by visiting our Customer Portal.

5. Insured Transit & Packaging Protection

Every shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage in transit. The Power Dock 3S is packaged in high-density custom EVA foam shock absorbers within a heavy-gauge corrugated outer sleeve designed to withstand transit drops. If an outer box appears tampered or crushed upon delivery, please document photos and notify us within 48 hours at support@naisohomes.com for immediate replacement.
