1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from naisohomes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our store.

2. Product Pricing & GST Invoicing

All prices displayed on naisohomes.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (18% GST). While we make every effort to display accurate pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders arising from inadvertent technical errors. A valid GST tax invoice is issued for every completed transaction.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

An order is deemed accepted only upon successful payment authorization through Razorpay and issuance of an official Order Confirmation ID. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent intent or unauthorized reseller activity.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The industrial design, form factor, trade dress, trademarks, logos, typography, visual renderings, and engineering schematics of the Naiso Power Dock 3S are the exclusive intellectual property of Naiso Living Pvt. Ltd. No part of this website, product architecture, or imagery may be copied, reverse engineered, or reproduced without express prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Naiso Living Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from improper electrical installation, or use with non-standard appliances exceeding rated maximum load (6A / 500W, 240V AC, 50Hz).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
